terms and conditions

Thank you for your interest in CIARLA. Please read and review before ordering.

 

-sizing-
Please view our size chart guidelines on the pdf listed above and select the dress size that fits your measurements.

-shipping-
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground for a flat fee of $20. Shipping multiple orders in one box will allow for better rates. A charge of $15 for the second dress and $10 per additional dress will be added to the same shipment.

 

-payment-
Full payment from all bridesmaids must be received before the dresses are put into production. We accept most major credit cards and will confirm your order when it has been placed into production.

 

-tax-
8.25% Texas state sales tax will be added to dresses shipped  within the state of Texas.

 

-return policy-
Our dresses are all custom made therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

-privacy policy-
Your privacy and security are our first priority.  We do not sell or distribute any information to third parties.  We use secure SSL encryption technology to ensure that all of your personal information is secure on our site.  SSL is the industry standard and is used by many online retailers.  Your personal information is shared only with those people who have a legitimate purpose in knowing such information.
